Happy Teacher’s Day!!!

    In the month of October, there’s a day that is very special, a unique day when we are celebrating for the World’s Teachers Day. This is a day where we can express our thanks to the persons who dedicated their life in teaching students. Persons who sacrificed not only their times but sometimes, also their personal needs just for us to learn. In my eleven years of my studies, I already met more than twenty different teachers. But in all of them, there is really one teacher who admires the most for being kind and supportive. My second year adviser who helped me a lot in my studies.

          Mrs. Christina del Rosario who we always call “Ma’am Tenny”. At first, my impression to her was she’s a teacher who is not close to her students because she is strict, but I was totally wrong. She is an interesting companion and we even eat our lunch with her. She also loves taking pictures with us especially with my girl classmates. She also shares a lot of story with us during our vacant time. Yes, she is strict but that is just in terms of our projects. She is also not that kind in giving high grades in graded recitation but that leads me in studying harder to attain higher grades.

          Ma’am Tenny was been a very good and interesting teacher for us. In this teacher’s day, first I want to greet her Happy Teacher’s Day and after that, I will thank her a lot. Thank you ma’am for all of your hard-works and sacrifices. Also, including my classmates, we sorry if we gave you some headaches. And after all of these, I’ll tell her all of that she has been one of my superheroes who bring me in the right way oflife.

National Career Assessment 

Examination

Looking and searching for a career is not that easy. This is especially when you don’t know what job you fit in. And maybe in this time, a lot of persons are not happy in the job they grabbed. Maybe that is because they lack of knowledge or they don’t have interests in what they are doing. And because of this problem, the government introduced the National Career Assessment Examination for third year high school students.

This NCAE is given to all third year high students in the Philippines to help them in choosing their careers. This is a test where the students will be given a test booklet to answer. And after answering, the results will be given to inform the students about this. The students now can decide if they will still choose their own future.

Because of this test, students will have ideas in what course they will take when time come. So the persons in charge of this are just caring for our future. And if that’s the case, everyone should take this seriously and also to study hard. They take this seriously and also to study hard. They believe that we will be the future of our country so with their help, let us be a good individual. And let us be thankful for that NCAE.

Intramurals

Cavite National Science High School’s intramurals is always filled of fun. Because of this intrams, students are being happy because in these days, they can play and enjoy without stress. They don’t need to worry because they just need to be sports to earn the respect of other year levels. Also an event which everyone enjoy playing, cheering, laughing, and also officiating. This is not only an event for students but also for the teachers who also enjoy a lot.

This kind of event is held not only for enjoyment but a big objective for students. Because of this, students develop their physical, social and emotional abilities. Talents and skills will also shown in this kind of events. There will be also bonding among students and teachers. And the best thing is that, the year level which is the best in sports will be known.

Having winners after every game is normal but having new friends and meeting a lot of people which maybe younger or elder than you is not present in all games. So, playing in Cavite National Science High School’s intramurals is one thing we should be proud of. And losing or winning the game does not matter as long as you enjoy and you know that did your best in the game. There is always a right time for an event to occur and God has always a purpose why something happened.

Hey!!! Daydreamer...

It was a fine day when Mr. Time N. Space went to his laboratory to finish his first ever teleport. “This is almost done!” Mr. Time said happily then suddenly a voice shouted they were garrulous so Mr. Time looked outside and there he saw to knave trying to start an affray, Mr. Time yelled at them to make them quiet “Hey you two, you are disturbing the peace around here, go away!” he shouted and the two run away. “Thank goodness” he said. When suddenly “huh? What’s happening?” he said the Teleport started to malfunction because of the sounds then Mr. Time was absorbed and teleported to another place.

        

       As he regain consciousness he saw a great crowd and a church it seems like a baccalaureate mass because of the students wearing their toga, he stood up and walked as he walk he saw a group of chefs enow cooking for the graduates. Then the teleport appeared absorbing Mr. Time and taking him to another place but this time he did not lose his consciousness so he knew the place was not their hometown, it was like a fairy tale like Alice in Wonderland the ants are cyclopean and the mountains are small so as he arrived to the fantasy place he walked around and saw weird things first he saw a serious buffoon and a noisy sleuth wearing a weird coiffeur so Mr. Time ran because of fear, next he saw a humongous canapé and parfait arguing because of their entourage so he just pause to catch his breath then ran again, as he ran he saw the teleport so he quickly entered wishing that he could go back to his hometown but it is also a mistake, when he entered the teleport only short warped into a cupboard where he saw a group of claque and a teacup saying its harangue it was quite long but the mass stayed and as the teacup went down the podium a teapot went to the stage and started saying weird things so some of the utensils boycott it leaving the coy ones in front of the stage

         Then suddenly everything turned into black and then the only thing I can hear is “Hey!” and I woke up and see my classmates looking at me so it seems that I was only dreaming. Well then that is something weird

Comedy of Errors

The Comedy of Errors is one of Shakespeare's earliest plays, but it is wrong to think of it as an apprentice work. It was first printed in the First Folio in 1623, and the earliest known performance is recorded to have been at Gray's Inn, one of London's law schools, on December 28th, 1594. However, thematic resemblances to other plays have led many scholars to believe that it was written years earlier than this performance.

For me as the story starts it is so confusing because there are two sets of twins. The twin of Antipholus of Ephesus and Antipholus of Syracuse constitute the first set of twins while Dromio of Ephesus and Dromio of Syracuse constitute the second set of twins. It becomes more confusing when Antipholus of Syracuse came to Ephesus. Each one of them doesn’t know if they are talking the right person. Even the wives were very confused. But as the story ends we can get one important lesson which is “A small mistake can result into a larger mistake”.

This story is really an interesting one. I would recommend this to others and I’m sure that they will also enjoy reading or watching this piece.

Fluency in the English Language vs. Mastery

          Language is a body of words and the systems for their use common to a people who are of the same community or nation, the same geographical area, or the same cultural tradition. Different lands have different languages. People learn other languages different from their mother tongue because it is needed to accomplish their work but it does not mean that they have forgotten their native language.

        

      If I were to choose between fluency in the English language and mastery of the native language I will choose fluency in the English language. I will choose that because if you are not fluent in this language you cannot understand other languages. English is considered the major languages in the world. If we are all fluent we can keep pace to the other countries. We can also be more competitive. It is also used in the translation of words. Being a Science High School student I should be fluent in the English language.

         

         

   I will prefer more fluency in the English language because also communications to other country English language is always used.
