A Hero in the Family

Father, he is the male parent in the family. The one who provides an income for the family. The who is known “ Ang Haligi ng Tahanan”. For me he is a best friend. A best friend whom you can share your problems. He acts in a protective, supportive and responsible way towards their children. He is the person we should thank.

My father is just an ordinary person. A person who can do simple things, but for me it’s not just simple but incredible. As a security guard he had given us a good life. When he’s off-duty he is in our house. He’s doing household chores, like cleaning and washing clothe. Sometimes he wakes up early to cook for us. And I’m very thankful for having a good father like him.

This Father’s day, I will tell him how I am very thankful for being his child. He raised me as a good man. A person who fears God. The same time I’ll tell him sorry. Sorry for the wrong  things I've done. For not following his orders. I have no more requests to him, except more continuing loving and forgiving me.
